Basically tis are what u ppl need to know for the timeline for 2nd foc: (juz take note of the programme)
- ADM 2nd FOC
o Objectives:
§ Comfortable and bonds the freshmen well
§ Weird but creative
§ Make other schools envy our freshmen
o Pre-FOC
§ Recruit your sub committee members
§ Names of the committee members should be submitted to Boo and Danny for delegation nearer the camp date
§ Commitment would be from February until the end of July
o Timeline:
o FEBRUARY
§ Publicity and Program
· Come up with the theme and this year’s “ADM” acronym
§ Business Manager
· Look for sponsors and contacts
· Source for potential sponsorship
o MARCH
§ Program
· Brief idea on the type of games to be played
· Rough gauge on the duration of each game
§ Logistics
· Prepare to reserve equipment and lodging
§ Publicity
· Basic designs based on the theme decided
o APRIL
§ Hiatus for exams and project submissions
o MAY
§ Bonding session to be organized by the management committee
§ Logistics
· Confirm lodging on campus and equipment with Student Union
§ Program
· Brainstorm game ideas
· Confirm ideas and allocate work to the programmers
· Work with logistics regarding the materials required
§ Publicity
· Packing of the 1st orientation package
· Design and prepare posters before the tea party
· Get addresses of the freshmen from Julie
o JUNE
§ Logistics and Publicity
· Set up the registration booth outside the medical centre
§ Program
· Prepare for FOC dry run in late June/early July
§ Logistics
· Start allocating and buying materials
§ Publicity
§ Prepare 2nd orientation package
§ Prepare for FOC video (footage should start from the FOC bonding session)
o JULY
§ Program
· Final changes to FOC program
· Schedule for FOC committee
§ Logistics
· Confirm and ensure location for storage and equipment
§ Publicity
· Decoration of locations
· Design program booklet
o DURING FOC
§ Committees are filtered into the orientation groups
§ Logistics and Program
· Will not have orientation groups
§ Programmers will mainly be station masters
· Look out for potential leadership

As u can see we only will be busy during the 3 mth holiday, so i really need u ppl to be around always to help mi. i understand tat some of u want to work during holidays but hope that u ppl can come help.
So right now i need u ppl to help mi brain storm ideas for the theme n “ADM” acronym ( something like Angels Demons n Monkey) think of something else more fun n creative.
And i need ppl to be the head of the following:
1)Cluedo (like fright night, new ideas are welcomed)
2)Stage Games (Hosts. games that are played on stage)
3)Bash (last night’s party)
4)Station games (i will automatically be the head for tis)
i’m having more ideas coming up like maybe sentosa games, pool games etc. so may need more ppl .. we’ll see how as it goes

The Society expanded its Fine Arts curriculum by starting a School of Visual Arts in August 2004. Since then, the size and popularity of the children’s classes have been growing. Currently there are more than forty students attending a range of lessons on Saturdays and Sundays.
